US Postal Service:
If you select US Postal Service, your order will be packaged and shipped out
within 3-6 days.
UPS®: If you select
an expedited service like NEXT DAY, 2nd DAY AIR or 3 DAY SELECT, every effort
will be made to get your order shipped the same day when ordered ONLINE before
2:00PM Eastern & if the order is being shipped to the same address as the credit
card billing address. Orders going to a different address may be delayed for
security reasons. To prevent these delays we recommend having your order shipped
to the same address that your credit card statement is mailed to or use PayPal as the payment method.
Address Correction Fee
Please be sure that you provide us with the correct address for shipping
your merchandise. If an address correction is necessary in order to deliver
your package UPS® will assess an address correction fee of $10.00
to the delivery. You agree to pay this fee if you provide us with an
incorrect or incomplete shipping address (no apartment number listed,
transposed zip code, zip code that does not match the city, etc.) or if you
change the ship to address after your package is in transit. This charge
will be billed separately to the credit card used for your purchase.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
As of January 2006 UPS® charges a shipping fee when a package
must be returned to shipper. Orders that are refused by the customer or
returned to our warehouse due to insufficient or incorrect addresses will be
subject to return shipping costs. This charge will be billed separately to
the credit card used for your purchase. If any package cannot be delivered
due to our error no additional shipping will apply.
This map is for UPS Ground
shipping. Holidays and weekend are not included when counting shipping days.
